A new way to provide healthcare

I had the amazing opportunity to reshape how physicians and nurses interact with patients when I joined Crossover Health (XO). XO’s business model was fundamentally different from all other health care providers: no big insurance middleman. Not having to deal with big insurance causing a bottleneck in healthcare, XO was able to provide premium care and true individual attention to patients looking for care. XO has a formative foothold in the industry with such corporate giants as Apple, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and H-E-B to name a notable few.

My team’s goal was to focus on getting the software out of the way so that our staff could focus on the patient. There are usually many things doctors and nurses have to do on an average visit from taking vitals, to logging notes to your medical record. A lot of time was spent with our staff to figure out their pain points and see where the quickest impact could be made. (IMG of notes here)
